Canada Gardens

Canada Gardens forms part of the new Wembley Park. The scheme comprises seven buildings ranging from 10 to 26 storeys. Providing 743 homes with mixed dwelling types.

South East Engineering Installations Ltd were contracted in July 2018 by HE Simm to complete the fit out to 527 apartments across six blocks. Also included within our scope was the infrastructure works to all corridors, risers, stair cores, plant rooms and roof areas.

This is the third successive long term project secured with HE Simm providing repeat business illustrating that programmed dates have been achieved and that confidence, performance and the demands of high quality workmanship have been delivered by the South East Engineering Installations Ltd team to each contract.
