South East Engineering Installations Ltd, are delighted to announce it has been appointed by premier construction company Multiplex, to provide Mechanical and Electrical Installation services at Elephant and Castle’s New Town Centre Development, which is part of the wider Southwark regeneration programme.

From Stage 4 design through to commissioning, this three-year, contract covers the full fitout of 485 apartments to include all LV ,ELV, Flat Ducts, CWS, HWS and LTHW, Flushing, Testing, Balancing and Commissioning.
