Elephant Park

Following the successful completion of One The Elephant in 2016,South East Engineering Installations Ltd ltd were awarded additional phases of the Elephant Park regeneration scheme which formed almost 3000 new homes on the site of the former Heygate Estate.

The £2billion regeneration scheme is to be completed by 2025 with South East Engineering Installations Ltd Ltd having great involvement across the three separate phases. We were appointed by HE Simm in 2016 to complete two separate phases and by Cilantro in 2018 to complete a further third phase of this development. Our scope across all phases was to complete the apartment fit out of nearly 800 homes. In addition to the above we were appointed the electrical infrastructure installation to all common areas including full testing and commissioning.
