It’s official! After all our hard work we’ve been awarded the prestigious ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 14001 Environmental and ISO 45001 Health & Safety accreditations.

ISO is the world’s most recognised Quality Management System (QMS) and helps businesses like ourselves demonstrate our quality, safety and efficiency in the services that we provide.

To become ISO compliant, we underwent a long and extensive evaluation process that included an in-depth assessment of our quality management systems, a management system documentation review, and an audit of our processes and compliance, which was successful with no non-conformances identified.

We are happy to announce that we have now signed contracts and are officially working in partnership with Multiplex. We very much look forward to this developing this partnership and working alongside Multiplex on this and future projects.

Congratulations to our Team at our Kings Cross S5 Project hitting their first project milestone, installation of main LV cabling from transformer to our landlords and residential LV panel. The installation of 185mm singles in parallel and 150mm 4cores also in parallel.

South East Engineering Installations Ltd (SEE), are delighted to announce it has been appointed by premier construction company Multiplex, to provide Mechanical and Electrical Installation services at Elephant and Castle’s new town centre development, which is part of the wider Southwark regeneration programme.

From Stage 4 design through to commissioning, this three-year, contract covers the full fitout of 485 apartments to include all LV, ELV, Flat Ducts, CWS, HWS and LTHW, Flushing, Testing, Balancing and Commissioning.

Today we met with staff from Imago, a charity which supports children and young adults who care for a family member in need. Young carers are children and young people who take on caring responsibilities for a family member with a long-term illness, disability, mental health or substance misuse issue.

The staff at SEE have been busy preparing Christmas bags brimming with presents for 50 of these local Kent young carers. It was a decision by the Managing Director John Nicholls to do something different this Christmas. He said “We’ve been very privileged to support a number of charities over the years and it’s a tradition we’re committed to continuing. It was a pleasure to support Imago in their fantastic charity work supporting these very special children who show such an increase in resilience and have a fantastic caring nature”

South East Engineering Installations Ltd appreciate that young people need our help more than ever. There are over 10,000 Young Carers in Kent and SEE has decided this year to give a Christmas gift to some of these chidren who daily show increased resilience and such a caring nature. Our office angels Kellie and Dani are working hard preparing Christmas packages for these special Children who care for their loved ones in need.

The pentagonal S5 plot in the King’s Cross redevelopment will accommodate 163 homes above a double height arcade. Taking inspiration from St Pancras’s arches and brickwork which echoes the characteristics of the area’s industrial heritage.

SEE’s first instruction from Laing O’Rourke (CHt) is to supply and install the complete electrical shell and core fitout and apartment electrical fitout to all 163 high end apartments.
