Geopost

Geopost was a brand new parcel distribution centre built in reading, by Wates construction, South east electrical installations ltd sub contracted to Emico to deliver the electrical fit out from the IDNO room serving the main warehouse with all the containment, 36 electrically operated loading bays with all small power and high bay lighting.

A two storey office space was completed adjacent to the warehouse with the ground floor office comprising of a Dali controlled lighting system with the offices completely fitted out for all power requirements for desk provisions and all lv/elv requirements within. The external requirements within this project was to supply and install all exterior lighting both to the structure of the building and all of the carpark lighting including 8m twin column lampposts.

All elements of the electrical fit out were tested and certified.

The electrical fit out to all elements listed above were carried out over a hugely optimistic ten week programme, all works were completed on time with two installation teams working separate shifts, South East Engineering Installations Ltd ltd are proud to have met the time constraints within this project whilst receiving glowing remarks about the quality of the installation from the Emico Site team and management.
