One The Elephant

One The Elephant is a residential apartment development, in Elephant and Castle in the London Borough of Southwark, centred around a 37-storey 124m tall tower. At the base of the tower is a four-storey L-shaped pavilion containing apartments and retail units.

The development comprises of an impressive 35 storey residential tower consisting of 255 apartments 3 of which were Penthouses, adjacent to the tower was a 3 storey Pavilion consisting of 30 apartments.

SEE completed the entire electrical installation from the IDNO room including the infrastructure and fit out. We were also responsible for the mechanical first fix of 285 apartments and all SVP’s serving the apartments.
