The pentagonal S5 plot on the northern tip of King’s Cross redevelopment will accommodate 163 homes above a double height arcade. Taking inspiration from St Pancras’s arches and brickwork which echoes the characteristics of the area’s industrial heritage.

SEE’s first instruction from Laing O’Rourke (CHt) is to supply and install the complete electrical shell and core fitout and apartment electrical fitout to all 163 high end apartments.
