Following our first contract award from Laing O’Rourke, SEE are delighted to be appointed by Laing O’Rourke again on the neighbouring S4 development which is part of the Kings Cross Estate.

The building is a mixed tenure residential building up to 14 storeys with a basement, and there will be 176 new homes delivered as part of the scheme.

SEE is to supply and install the complete electrical shell and core fitout and apartment electrical fitout to all 176 high end apartments.

South East Engineering Installations Ltd (SEE) are delighted to be re- appointed by HE Simm on the first phase of the multi phase Ebury Bridge Estate project.

SEE’s remit on the project is to deliver a full electrical shell and core fitout alongside the electrical fit out of 226 apartments over two blocks.

Located in the heart of central London, the proposals will see the full redevelopment of the current estate and the creation of high-quality, sustainable homes.

South East Engineering Installations Ltd, are delighted to announce it has been appointed by premier construction company Multiplex, to provide Mechanical and Electrical Installation services at Elephant and Castle’s New Town Centre Development, which is part of the wider Southwark regeneration programme.

From Stage 4 design through to commissioning, this three-year, contract covers the full fitout of 485 apartments to include all LV ,ELV, Flat Ducts, CWS, HWS and LTHW, Flushing, Testing, Balancing and Commissioning.

Travel Hub Astra Zeneca

South East Engineering Installations Ltd are appointed for the first time by Phoenix ME for a full electrical fit out of the Travel Hub building for AstraZeneca at the Cambridge Biomedical Campus.

The Travel Hub will provide car parking, cycle storage (including pool cycles) along with showers, changing and drying facilities and a café / workshop and a logistics centre. The building is a key piece of infrastructure in the ongoing development of the site.

SEE’s works consist of the Install of primary containment, LV distribution including DB’s, ATS’s and Submains and small power and lighting installation.

The pentagonal S5 plot on the northern tip of King’s Cross redevelopment will accommodate 163 homes above a double height arcade. Taking inspiration from St Pancras’s arches and brickwork which echoes the characteristics of the area’s industrial heritage.

South East Engineering Installations Ltd are delighted to have been awarded the Electrical package consisting of the apartment fit out of 527 apartments on the very impressive Cherry Park project, working on behalf of Westfield Europe Limited.

The project involves the redevelopment of a vacant site located south of the existing Westfield Stratford City Shopping Centre, into a new residential led mixed use development alongside a series of new public spaces. Development will feature approximately 1,200 new homes benefitting from a suite of amenities including a residents' gym, swimming pool, workspace and high-quality public areas.

A very exciting project for SEE starting in early 2021.

South East Engineering Installations Ltd are delighted to be appointed again by MACE MEP on our biggest project to date, Finsbury Tower in Islington. This project will see an extra 12 floors added to an existing 1960s built office to transform the existing 153,000 sq ft office building to over 310,000 sq ft of retail, residential and office space across 29 storeys.

We are proud to be continuing our ongoing relationship with MACE MEP and completing another exciting project in the city which will consist of HV and LV mains distribution, a full shell and core electrical installation and a Cat A fit out to the 28 storey office premises.

The Stage

The Stage is a new construction development on the site of Shakespeare’s former Curtain Theatre in Shoreditch. The project will have 275,000 sq. ft of office space and 413 apartments. A heritage centre on the site will showcase the remains of the Shakespeare’s Curtain Theatre, where Romeo & Juliet and Henry V were first preformed. This will include a 200-seat sunken amphitheatre, a venue for future plays to be performed.

South East Engineering Installations Ltd are honoured to participate in the redevelopment of this historic site with instructions to complete the shell and core electrical installation and complete apartment fit out to 413 high end luxury apartments.
