SEE Approved by Kickstart -Exciting New Opportunities For Young Adults

SEE are pleased to have been approved for a new government funding scheme to support young people into the industry. The Kickstart government scheme aims to help young people, whose job prospects have been disproportionately affected by COVID, into long term work. We are creating new temporary roles at SEE. The funding covers 25 hours a week for six months, and SEE will cover the remaining costs for the full-time roles (39 hours per week). By the end of the six-month placement the trainees will have transferable skills that will make them valuable to any construction business. #buildbackbetter #construction #kickstart

Roof Top Delivery

An early misty start taking delivery from Cleveland Cable of our 240mm 3 core Chiller Cable. A team effort by South East Engineering Installations Ltd (SEE) to safely deliver these large up to 50 metre runs of cable to the roof of one of our current projects on Finsbury Tower.

This project transforms an outdated and vacant 1960’s building into a twenty eight storey landmark tower. The addition of twelve storeys to this sixteen storey tired post-war development almost doubles the height of the building.

With a cumulative weight of over 3.3 Tonnes, the 8 drums were each successfully discharged within the tight timescale in the narrow streets surrounding Finsbury Tower in Islington.
